Delivery Policy

All Leather Therapy orders will be sent by Australia Post e-parcel as soon as payment has been received.

This service provides a “track and trace” facility which enables us to follow up any parcels that are misdirected or do not arrive within a reasonable time.

Delivery will be made within 5 to 10 days depending on remoteness of location.

Any consignments not received within 14 days will be initially traced and if not successful, will be resent at no charge.
